A clueless father from Cape Coral, Fla. was arrested on the evening of Dec. 6 after leaving his four-month old daughter alone and locked up inside his car for hours while he was hanging out inside a strip club in Fort Myers

NBC 2 reported that the 21-year-old bad dad, Andrew Sosa, was charged with child neglect for leaving the baby unattended in his Kia Optima which was parked in a far back corner of the Lookers' strip club’s parking lot.

A security guard flagged down a Fort Myers police car after noticing the infant locked up inside the car just after 10:30 p.m. on Friday night. When the police officer couldn't locate the owner of the car, he broke out the car window to get to the baby.

The baby was sweating and covered in vomit, and was taken to a nearby children's hospital for mild dehydration, NBC 2 reported. She is expected to be fine.

The strip club management announced over their P.A. system “that someone driving a Kia Optima left their lights on.”

Reportedly, Sosa responded to that announcement by walking out to the parking lot but then went back inside the strip club when he saw his Kia Optima surrounded by the Fort Myers Police.

All in all, the all, the baby girl was left alone inside that parked car for more than three hours while Sosa was in the strip club.

Andrew Sosa was in court on Saturday where his bond was set at $100,000.

It was further revealed that Sosa has a history of violence and was arrested previously for “beating up his pregnant girlfriend.”

The Department of Children and Families is now overseeing the case.
