A man was killed Wednesday afternoon after an argument between him and a woman ended in gunfire at a College Park apartment.
So far, no one has been charged and police have not released the name of the man. They have also not released the relationship between the two or provided any details on why they were arguing.
The investigation began about 4 p.m. when officers responded to the Willow Way apartment on Riverdale Road after getting a call about a shooting, according to Clayton County police.
"Responding officers arrived and discovered that a female had an argument with a male inside of the residence," police spokesman Sgt. Kevin Hughes said. "During the argument the male subject was shot."
The man died at the scene. Investigators did not release any details on how many times the man was shot or where on the body he was hit.
It was also unclear if there was anyone else in the apartment at the time of the shooting.
