Oxford Cincinnati police arrested a man dressed as a breathalyzer for a DUI on Halloween night.
James Miller, 20, dressed as a breathalyzer test on Halloween and ironically found himself blowing into a breathalyzer when he was pulled over on suspicion of drunk driving.
According to the police report, Oxford police arrested Miller when he was driving down a one-way street without headlights at about 1:30 am on November 1, 2009.
The police report stated they found “an open container of beer in the center console, a partial case of beer on the passenger side front seat and more beer in the trunk of the car.”
It was also determined that James Miller had multiple Ohio driver licenses. Miller was taken to the Oxford police department, and his blood alcohol level was 0.158 percent, nearly twice the legal limit.
