In shocking news, a man died in a parachuting accident last weekend. On Dec. 18, TMZ reported that his wife actually won this trip from "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." Of course she was really excited to win this trip and then it ended up taking the life of her husband Gunnery Sgt. Brandon McGraw.

Cherilyn McGraw won this trip last January on the show. It was a trip to Australia and they just took it this last weekend. Her husband, a marine, went along with her on this trip that was supposed to be a once in a lifetime trip for the couple, but instead it ended in tragedy.

He jumped solo because he has jumped before and knew what he was doing. Things did not go as planned for Brandon. His parachute turned on him right before the landing. Brandon was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. You can see when Cherilyn won the prize at this video link.

Are you shocked to hear that this marine died while on a vacation that was won on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show"? So far there is no word about what Ellen has to say but you know her and she should speak out about it at some point in the future. Please like my Facebook for the latest in entertainment news.
