Man brandishes gun while applying for job at McDonald's

Last week, police in Norfolk. Va., arrested Tevin Kievelle Monroe, 31, after he reportedly threatened a McDonald's manager with a gun.

The trouble began when Monroe went into the McDonald's on St. Paul's Blvd. and asked for a job application, according to police.

WVEC reported:

The manager explained the application was available online and that is when Monroe allegedly lifted his shirt to reveal the gun in his waistband.

The manager then handed Monroe a paper application, and called police.

Perhaps, unaware of the fact that what he had just done was a crime, Monroe was still sitting at a table filling out his application when police arrived to arrest him.

Monroe was charged with brandishing a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct.

Needless to say, Monroe did not get the job.
