An Alabama restaurant owner is being charged with shooting at his customer after she found a roach in her egg roll. Owner of the Chinese and Seafood restaurant, 52 year old Chun Hin Ching, shot at Jatari Walker of Birmingham, Alabama states police.
Walker claims she bought dinner to go and on the way home, she took a bite only to find a roach inside. She quickly turned around and headed back to the restaurant to confront the employees.
After handing over her refund, the owner allegedly pulled out a gun and fired at her. The woman tells local reporters, "What if the bullet wouldn't have went in the wall and it woulda hit me and I wouldn't have been able to go home to my child?" says the victim Jatari Walker. The customer was not injured.
Even with all of this happening, customers were still lined up, waiting to order.
Neither the restaurant owner or employees have responded to calls regarding the incident.
