Police have arrested a Madison County man accused of exposing himself to people walking by his home in Worden, IL. Matthew Read, 25, was charged with public indecency. According to police, witnesses on Wednesday saw Read exposing his genitalia in a lewd manner at his apartment in the 120 block of East Wall. Police said Read was inside the home at the time, but standing in front of an open window. Authorities were called to the scene and placed Read under arrest. His bond was set at $10,000.
