Man arrested for flashing people in Creve Coeur parking lot

Daniel Hoerle, 51 of Saint Louis has been charged with lewd conduct after he publicly exposed himself while flashing people in the parking lot of Salley Beauty Supply and Silky's Frozen Custard in the Bellrieve shopping center of Creve Coeur last month. The official charges include sexual misconduct.
