Kelvin Presha, age 40, of Rochester, New York hanged his own dog. Presha admitted in court last week to hanging one of his dogs. He also said that he intended drag another of his dogs to death by tyng that pet to his car. But his mother stopped him by slashing the vehicles tires. Both incidents happened on the same day, in October of 2012, at Presha's home.

According to The Democrat and Chronicle of Rochester Presha admitted to the killing one of his three dogs. He hung the dog after an argument he had with with his mother. After that dog died, he was tying another of his dogs up to drag it behind his car when his mother intervened. Thankfully his mother stopped him before he could kill the second dog.
Presha, who has a substance abuse problem, was ordered to enter a treatment program. If he fails in treatment, he faces a year in jail.
