Deputies arrested a man in Spring Valley after he allegedly stabbed three people with a broken wine glass early Sunday.
The San Diego County Sheriff's dispatched deputies from the Lemon Grove Station around 1 a.m. to the 9300 block of Montemar Drive, detective Jacob Kelpach said in a statement.
The initial report was that one man had been stabbed, but when officers arrived, they found three victims who had sustained what were described as "various stab wounds."
The victims told investigators they had been stabbed with the stem of a win e and identified the suspect as Nicholas Millican, 24.
The victims were treated for injuries described as "non life threatening" and Millican was arrested.
Jail records show Millican was booked into County Jail in downtown San Diego on suspicion of three counts assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of felony vandalism. Bail was set at $30 and an arraignment is scheduled of Jan. 25.
