Thomas Miravalle, 58 was charged on Friday with sexual misconduct and attempting to entice children under 15-years old in the process. Last Sunday, Miravalle was playing with himself in a restroom at the Hibachi Grill in the 3800 block of Mexico Road in Saint Charles. Miravalle has been accused of fondling himself in view of two boys, 9 and 10. The children ran out of the bathroom and reported the incident to their parents. By the time they found Miraville he had already exited the restroom.
According to police, one of the victims captured audio of the incident in his cell phone. Police said they were able to eventually identify Miraville and arrest him.
He is currently in custody on a $25,000 bond.
