Man, 20, accused of sexually assaulting 4 girls at his Hall County home

A 20-year-old man allegedly sexually assaulted four teenage girls at his east Hall County home, and deputies are trying to determine if there are more victims.

Mr. Rusty Duane Alan Kempf, of Gainesville, has been charged with rape; three counts of statutory rape; six counts of aggravated child molestation; six counts of child molestation, and criminal attempt, the Hall County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Thursday.

He was first arrested in July when one of his alleged victims went to authorities, the sheriff’s spokesman Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks said.

But months after he bonded out, investigators found three more alleged victims. And now they are wondering if there are others.

“There is no indication there are, but we are certainly not ruling that out,” Sgt. Wilbanks said.

It’s unclear how the suspect met the alleged victims, who were between 13 and 15 years old.

Investigators said the alleged assaults happened between May 2011 and July of this year at the Outer Circle home he shared with a family member.

The 20-year-old is accused of assaulting two of his victims more than once. He was arrested Saturday and remained in the Hall County jail Friday without bond, Sgt. Wilbanks said. An arraignment is scheduled for Jan. 8.

"There are fewer crimes worse in a lot of law enforcement officers’ minds then cases where children are victimized," Sgt. Wilbanks said, according to a news station.
