Malia and Sasha Obama introduced to a cheering mall crowd at the inauguration (Photos)

Malia Obama and Sasha Obama might not be looking for public office, but the young ladies are well known. On Monday morning, the daughters of President Obama were officially introduced during the 57th Presidential Inauguration and the crowd standing on the Washington Mall went wild with excitement.

Usually sheltered from the cameras, Malia and Sasha aren't seen by the public often. Compared to four years ago, the young ladies have grown up while their father is in office. Much taller and very graceful, the two look thankful for the opportunity and even decided on wearing American fashion for the special occasion.

One very noticeable item that both Malia and Sasha brought with them to the presidential inauguration was their smiles. Showing enthusiasm from ear to ear, the two seemed to really appreciate the opportunity to be part of the ceremony once again. Better understanding how the process works and more comfortable with their role as part of the First Family it appears that the two youngsters have grown up right before the public’s eyes.
