Meet Bruno; who ever said "catch your breath such a beautiful dog" can't wind up in a high kill animal shelter? This five-year-old gentle giant, who weighed in at 108 pounds, came into the Brooklyn Animal Care Center as a stray on Friday.

According to the shelter, Bruno, the black and brown Mastiff mix, is very calm and sweet; he allowed initial handling as his eyes and ears were cleaned.

Because of his recent arrival, Bruno has not been evaluated with other dogs, cats, or children.
