Baronial polls started to arrive at people’s houses last Friday. Everyone is encouraged to fill out and return a poll with their choices and comments for the next Baron and Baroness of Flaming Gryphon.
For those who are not on the mailing list for whatever reason, Sergeant Christiana has emailed the form on the spot and it is also available on the Midrealm website as well. The form must be filled out and postmarked by February 9th to count. If a certain high percentage of polls are not returned, then the process must be done all over again, this costly in both time and money.
It has been suggested that groups mail in their polls together to save on postage and help ensure enough polls do get returned. Baroness Rosamund is even going to bring a priority flat-rate envelope to practice on Thursday January 27th for someone to put as many polls as possible in, seal up, and mail out. Anyone who will be there is welcome to take this generous opportunity to get a poll in. It is requested that the completed poll be in the sealed return envelope which came with the mailed polls. For those who will be at practice and did not get a poll, Rosamund will also bring some non-member polls and blank envelopes.
