Make Your New Year Resolution to Eat An Amazing Quinoa Quookie

3 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds

3 Tbsp. chopped pecans

1 cup whole wheat flour

2 cups cooked quinoa (best if cool)

½ cup brown sugar

1 scoop chia seeds

1 scoop whey protein

½ tsp baking soda

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cinnamon

1 Tbsp vanilla

¾ cup raisins (put rainsins in about ½ cup water and heat in microwave for 30 seconds to sweeten and plump up)

1 ½ Tbsp. coconut oil

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Should be kind of doughy. Place cookies on a cookie sheet or press into a 9x9 pan for bars. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Check at 20 minutes to see if the cookies are firmer and or if a toothpick comes out clean. Then Enjoy.

Additional note- you can substitute any kind of nuts, coconut oil for peanut butter, almond butter, butter, etc., use oats instead of flour or get creative.
