Make traveling like home with My Pillow Pack (Video)

Granted, there are going to be times when you can't travel with your pillow: super-bargain airlines that charge you for every single thing, including carry-ons and sneezes; executive business functions and occasions like that.

However, there are times when you can travel with your pillow, but you just don't want it to get disgusting in every bus, rail and plane terminal. That's when My Pillow Pack comes into play. I was glad to be hosted to be able to experience it!

So, I found an opportunity to use My Pillow Pack on a trip to Finland. The question I was asking myself -- as a grown woman travel writer who usually accepts what pillow she gets -- is why should I bring a pillow from home halfway across the world? Well, I found my answer soon enough. I got off the plane woozy with a nosebleed that wouldn't stop for hours. Checking into the hotel, I wished I were in my own bed . . . with, you guessed it . . . my own pillow. It's great to have your perfect softness of pillow, composition (either down or allergy-free/vegan), scent, laundry detergent. I'm convinced that I'm allergic to most of the laundry detergents used around the world and they wreck my complexion! Using my own pillow helps immensely.

My Pillow Pack comes in many cute colors and patterns, very homespun/Etsy-like, made in the USA. If they do get changed in the future, I would suggest that the backpack straps come in tight, elastic form, so as to cling onto any shoulder or bag more securely.
