Make the best use of evening session of flower arranging class (Video)

If you are busy during daytime due to the job you do or school activities etc., it is next to impossible for you to take lessons of floral designs even if you are eager to learn flower arrangements. From time to time our school is approached by people who inquire about the availability of evening session which they can attend after work is over.

Although we used to offer only daytime session at our school, several years ago we started offering evening classes in order to support busy people who cannot spare time during daytime for taking floral design lessons. The evening class is convenient for people who are enthusiastic to earn flower arranging skills in a very busy situation.

If you are on the side of learning flower arrangements, it is a good idea to join evening class by finding a reasonable instructor or school that can offer evening session. If you are on the side of teaching floral designs, offering evening class will help your operation stabilized and your offer will be appreciated by busy students. Even if you are selling flowers, opening your shop in the evening greatly helps busy customers. Most people would like to live the same way of life as other people do. Namely during holiday season, they want to take holidays and after five o’clock, they would like to go back home to spend a pleasant time with their family, which is quite understandable.

However most successful business owners depend on different way of operation. Take the operation of bank for instance, one of Japanese banks started evening operation several years ago and it is highly appreciated by lots of people who cannot come to the bank during daytime. Many people are pressed for the time and they cannot spare time to go to a bank during office duty hour. Even if they know this kind of situation, most banks did not try to help such customers. The story about the above mentioned unique bank that started evening operation is pretty well known in Japan. As a result of revolutionary operation, their business performance was remarkably improved and it is said to be one of the model cases of successful business transformation.

It is a quite simple theory behind demand and supply. What they did is just what customers wanted them to do. The reason because most banks did not offer evening services is only because all banks did not offer such services. If that is the case, the one that implemented such revolutionary operation will be successful. And actually they became successful.

If everybody does business in the exactly same conditions, there is no winner and no loser. And such environment with no competition is very comfortable for service providers. However customers are not satisfied and they always look for something better and more helpful. Although the scale of operation of my school is small, I am happy to offer services which our customers really appreciate.
