Make it a glass half full kind of day

Saturday, May 27, 2014: An urge to roll up your sleeves and get down to business, sets the tone for this entire week-end. Though you could be tempted to sink into cynicism and/or criticism as a way of dealing with what seems like a no-win situation, it’s best to just get to work changing the situation instead of beating yourself up or lashing out others. Remember, cooperation breeds success, so speak with compassion, leave room for unexpected conversations and don’t be difficult or pushy.

If you find it difficult to stay objective and evenly balanced in your perspective… just remember to take a step back and consider that when a glass is half empty, it’s also half full. Very often just a slight change perspective can help you take the problems you face in stride.

Today’s Quote

“Some people see the glass half full. Others see it half empty. I see a glass that's twice as big as it needs to be.” ~ George Carlin
