These Easter bunnies were fun and easy to make. Your children will be able make these with very little help from you. All you need is white paper (I used heavy weight paper), pom-poms, glue, crayons and a marker to draw the outline or print one out that you can find online.
Begin by either printing out a bunny template or draw one yourself. Give your children the crayons and tell them to color the bunny however they want. When they are ready, use the glue and spread it on the bunny's nose, inside ears and bow-tie. Instruct your child to choose some pom-poms and press them down gently onto the glue. Ask them to count or even name the colors they are using. You can even ask them if they would like to create a pattern with the colors.
Allow the glue to dry for a few hours. You can place a small book over top of the pom-poms to keep them pressed down while the glue dries. Once dry, ask your child where they would like their projects displayed. Display and enjoy.
