Fat fluffy Mongolian lamb fur pillows are a great winter decor accent. Nadia from the home decor and fashion blog Preciously Me shows you how to make a simple stool covered in Mongolian fur.
Mongolian wool, otherwise known as Tibetan wool, is charactarized by extremely long fluffy fur and has become popular in modern decor.
Nadia used a $6 Marius stool from IKEA. She removed the round top of the stool and used it to trace two circles, one on some plywood and another on half-inch thick foam. She glued the foam to the board.
She took apart a Mongolian fur pillow cover, removing the fabric back of the pillow. She stapled the fur cover to the wood under the foam. She then screwed the wood stool seat onto the metal frame.
