Do not give up on the University of Maine hockey season quite yet.

Maine won both games over the Eagles in dominating fashion at Conte Forum in Chestnut Hill, Mass.

The Black Bears scored two first period goals and cruised to a 4-1 victory on Friday evening.

Jon Swavely scored two goals and Will Merchant had two assists to lead the Black Bears to a 3-1 victory on Saturday evening.

Maine (3-9-4/7-14-4) will next play on Friday, February 1st when they host Providence. The Black Bears will be looking for their first win at the Alfond.
