Early this week, Bonobos debuted its newest men’s apparel collection, Maide, in Midtown Manhattan. Maide, which stands for “stick” or “club” in Gallic, is a golf apparel line inspired by iconic golf players that is stylish, comfortable, and functional. It can be worn on the course just as well as it can be worn elsewhere. The line features polo shirts, pants, and cardigans, among other items.
Highlights include a navy pique polo shir with red trimmings, a blue multi-colored striped cardigan, and red performance fabric pants. A few of the great things about the collection’s pants is that they have a rubber waistline on the inside that keeps shirts from untucking during game time and zippers at the bottom hem of each pant leg to fit comfortably with golf cleats. The line is polished with just the right mix of classic and modern accents. It’s a refreshing addition to existing golf apparel.
