Admit it, it’s time to get in better shape. We all know the most important meal of the day is breakfast so start by getting into a healthier routine here.

Meet Maia, a better version of Greek yogurt. This less sweet, nonfat and low fat version is packed with live active probiotic bacteria, prebiotic fiber and protein to promote better health. Delicious flavors include blueberry (our favorite), vanilla bean, pineapple, plain, pomegranate cherry, strawberry, peach and raspberry lime.

If you prefer to get your healthy yogurt fix in a delicious recipe, we recommend trying this one:

One Pot Mac & Cheese

Cook 2 cups elbow pasta in a large pot.

Drain the pasta and put it back in the pot along with 2 cups shredded cheese, 1/2 cup plain MAIA yogurt, salt & pepper, to taste 1/4 tsp. onion powder, and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder.
