Our 3 partners have been colleagues for the last 10 years where we previously were working at Intel Corporation. We wanted to offer our expertise in developing Fortune 100 level management and leadership programs and solutions outside of Intel.

Our perfect user is an organization that wants to systematically improve their people, processes and products for their organization with the focus on business results and with a high ROI. We work with small organizations (100 or less) to huge corporations (100,000 or more). Most of our business is with firms from 1,000 to 10,000 employees.
What goals have you set for your business that you hope to achieve in the next 5 years? 10 years? 20 years?
Primary goal we have for the next 5 to 10 years is to build a successful portfolio of small to medium business clients that we can show measurable change and be recognized as being part of their sustainable success and growth. So far, we have been able to double our business each year.
How have you promoted your business in the past?
Promotion has been through speaking at conferences, writing article and books, Internet advertising, using social networks such as Twitter, Linked-in, and Facebook, and primarily through direct marketing to our growing database of direct contacts.
What is you upcoming product strategy?
Provide content and webinars to our clients and their associates to help them evaluate their needs and supply solution recommendations. We differentiate our products by providing a “solve it in real time with measured results” approach in everything we do.
What is your marketing strategy?
Market through direct contact and consulting through current client references. Develop new clients by sharing our research and knowledge with them to initiate a discovery process.
How do you measure success?
We measure success by working with our clients to help them define their objectives, doing pre and post evaluations of all of services and providing results that meet or exceed the client requirements. Ultimately, the client satisfaction, increased business and referrals define our success.
