Magic Mike is an award-winning story about a stripper, Magic Mike (Channing Tatum), who's a roofer by day and the main attraction stripper by night of the Kings of Tampa, a group of male strippers.
What Magic really wants to stop stripping to foster a furniture-making opportunity, but, he lacks the credit to do this.
Adam (Alex Pettyfer) is a teen who also works as a roofer and follows Magic to work one night. As one of the acts is unable to perform, he is asked to fill in and he's a hit.
Adam becomes big-headed and reckless in his endeavors, which threatens Magic's relationship with Adam's sister Brooke (Cody Horn) and Magic's endeavors, as well.
Adam: It's for work, okay?
Adam: I mean, it's pretty cool of him to let me in.
Brooke: I know (that) you're basically, a good person.
Dallas: Bring him to practice tomorrow and I'm going to see what he's got.
Dallas: Now, you took a chance and it paid off, alright, I like that.
Dallas: You are the husband that they never had.
Dallas: You may have something, brother. He's young. He's good-looking. Cannot dance for
sh*t, but, that is teachable.
Magic Mike: Dallas gave me the go-ahead on suiting you up, son. You ready?
Magic Mike: I'll be outside, with the breakfast-lovers of the world.
Magic Mike: It's not who I am.
