Ghouls, goblins, ghost, oh my! All of these, and many more, spooky characters have invaded the Walt Disney World resorts. But that is not all who is ready for a not-so-frightening fall. Cast Members and all of the Disney characters are all ready for Halloween and prepared for this year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom.
If you have not had a chance to experience this fall-themed party, you must. It is a great way to celebrate Halloween without worry about if it is family-friendly or if the kids will enjoy the event. Just what the title suggests, this is a not-so-scary Halloween party that is perfect for guests of all ages who are wishing to celebrate this spooctacular fall holiday.
What can I expect during this event?
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a Halloween-themed event that is held annually during the fall at the Magic Kingdom park. The park is decked out in fall and Halloween decorations. The Disney characters are sporting their favorite costumes and everyone is in the Halloween spirit.
Trick or treat fun for everyone. Guests of all ages are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costume and trick or treat throughout the park. Participating locations and maps are available at the entrance of the park.
Character meet and greets. Everyone’s favorite characters will be dressed up in their favorite Halloween costume and available for meet and greet and photo ops with guests in their own costumes.
What else can guests expect during the party:
- Disney Villains Dance Mix and Mingle! In front of Cinderella’s Castle
- Dead Cowboys singing along Main Street, U.S.A.
- Mickey’s “Boo=to-You” Halloween parade complete with e appearance by the headless horseman
- Happy HalloWishes over Cinderella’s Castle
This year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party runs from Sept. 10-Nov. 1, 2013.
