Magic hope to end losing streak in Denver

Wednesday night, the Orlando Magic look to end their nine game losing streak in Denver. This is the second stop on their four-game road trip. The Magic have been without forward Glen Davis throughout the losing streak, losing him to a dislocated shoulder early in December. It will also be the first trip back to Denver for former Nugget, Aaron Afflalo. He returns after being dealt to Orlando as part of the Dwight Howard trade.

It will be a tough task for Orlando to go into Denver and get a win, something not many teams have done this year as Denver is 11-2 on the year inside the Pepsi Center. Combine that with the fact that Orlando has lost eight of their last nine trips to Denver, it doesn't set up well for Orlando.

The Magic will really miss Glen Davis, as they will need all the help inside they can get. The Nuggets lead the NBA in points inside the paint with 55.5 points per game, so having to defend that with one of their best low post defenders should prove to be quite difficult. Nikola Vucevic, Andrew Nicholson, and DeQuan Jones will have to continue to step up tonight in his absence if the Magic look to make it competitive. Catch the game on FSN Florida as the game tips off at 9 p.m. ET.
