The new film "Mama" had its Spanish premiere at the Callao cinema on Feb. 4, 2013, in Madrid, Spain. "Mama" was directed by Andy Muschietti and stars Jessica Chastain, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Megan Charpentier.
Gracing the red carpet at the Spanish premiere were director Andy Muschietti, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, producer Barbara Muschietti, Spanish actor Javier Botet, Spanish actress Mariam Hernandez, Spanish actress Manuela Velles, Spanish actress Ana Rujas, Spanish actress Ledicia Sola, Spanish director Juan Antonio Bayona, Vega Royo Villanova, Spanish actor Eloy Azorin, Spanish actor Pablo Rivero, Spanish designer Carlos Diez, Spanish actor Carlos Areces, Elisabeth Ojeda, Asier Etxeandia, Hugo Silva, Raul Navarro and many more.
In "Mama," Annabel and Lucas are faced with the challenge of raising his young nieces that were left alone in the forest for 5 years.... but how alone were they?
"Mama" will be released into Spanish theaters on Friday, Feb. 8, 2013. The horror flick opened in the U.S. on Jan. 18 and is the 4th highest grossing film at the box office, since its release three weeks ago.
"Mama" is rated PG-13 for Violence and terror, some disturbing images and thematic elements and has a run-time of 1 hour and 40 minutes.
