Who hasn't taken a tumble while skiing? Whether you've been learning how to ski or you're a skiing sensation, surely you've found yourself splayed on the snow on at least one occasion. But unlike Madonna, who was recently spied on vacation in Switzerland, your falls aren't captured on film for the entire world to see (sure, they might be captured, but it might only be our social media who can laugh at our expense).
On New Year's Eve, Madonna's Super Bowl XLVI performance topped the 2012 musical retrospective. Fast forward to 2013 and Madonna was in the headlines again, this time on E! Online and US Weekly--but not for something she did in the recording studio or on tour.
Madge was spotting skiing in Gstaad, Switzerland, on Dec. 29 with her daughters Lourdes and Mercy, and her boyfriend Brahim Zaibat. While Lourdes appeared to have found her snow bunny skills, effortlessly flying down the mountain on her snowboard, her mother was spied flopping face first into the snow still wearing her skis. And not just once, but multiple times. But hey, at least she didn't have a yard sale that was captured on film--and she tried.
