Born in Los Angeles, California, Maddie B. (Madelyn Bartolome) and her family moved to San Francisco when she was two years old.
According to her father Nilo, at age four, Maddie began singing in front of family and friends at social events where she soon fell in love with the idea of becoming the best singer.
By age nine, she was performing the song "Breathe" by Faith Hill at a wedding reception. It was her first time singing with a live band. She was asked to entertain at another wedding reception, this time she sang and preformed with a band singing "You Belong With Me" by Taylor Swift.
A gifted young singer and dancer, she quickly recognized the importance of enhancing her singing and stage skills. She is currently studying under the tutelage of vocal instructor Kelly Burge.
Her most notable 2013 performances included winning First Place in the 13-18-years-old Talent Competition and the “Fan Favorite” category at the “Bright Light Big Dreams” event on Feb. 16 at the Santa Clara Convention Center.
She also had the honor and privilege to perform the National Anthem at the Oakland A's Filipino Heritage Night on Aug. 16 2013.
On the stage, she co-starred in The Holiday Musical of "Siddhartha – The Bright Path" (Dec. 2010) at the Marsh Theater in San Francisco.
According to Nilo, although it was Maddie’s very first Musical, she landed the female lead role of Chandra, a modern day teenager that finds Enlightenment. The play received great reviews from Leslie Katz of the San Francisco Examiner, Paul Kilduff of the SF Gate.com and SF Weekly.
Other past performances include singing at Pistahan in San Francisco, Barrio Fiesta Festival in Stockton, Fiesta Slam in San Francisco, Chamber of Commerce Holiday Celebration in San Francisco. Relay For Life events in Pleasanton, Hercules and Castro Valley.
For the past few years she has put together “TEAM MADDIE B” to raise awareness and raise money to help fight cancer at the annual “Relay For Life” event in Pleasanton.
With her saying “Keep Wishing In What You Believe In…” - Madelyn has her sights to be the next Disney Star!

- She studies piano and guitar - but wants to learn the bass guitar and play in an All-Girl Band!
