“Madden NFL 13” is back at it again with their postseason simulations as they take a look at how they think the conference championships will play out.
The Atlanta Falcons host the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday for the NFC title and the people from “Madden NFL 13” believe this game will come down to the wire.
In fact, the people from EA Sports believe this game goes into overtime. But unfortunately for Falcons fans, it’s the 49ers that come out on top.
According to the simulation, the 49ers jump to a 21-10 lead going into halftime. But the Falcons outscore San Francisco 21-10 in the second half to take the game into overtime. That did not damper the 49ers spirits because running back Frank Gore rushed for a 3-yard touchdown to give them the win.
As for the AFC title game, the “Madden NFL 13” simulation believes the New England Patriots will defeat the Baltimore Ravens 38-34.
Last week, the “Madden NFL 13” simulation got it right when the Falcons defeated the Seattle Seahawks 30-28. The simulation was not far off with the score as they had it 27-23.
