Culkin is best known for his childhood role in the classic comedy films "Home Alone" and "Home Alone 2." Culkin, who has been plagued with previous addiction demons throughout the years appeared looking happy, healthy and drug free.
In 2012 Culkin received negative media attention after he was photographed looking frail and sickly. Culkin's reps denied rumors of Culkin's drug addiction at the time of the photograph stating that the reports were "not only categorically without merit" but also "impossibly and ridiculously fictitious.")
Culkin,33, appeared with longer hair than in the past, sporting a goatee and some rather odd accessories to his wardrobe that included furry bunny ears and stacks of multicolored bracelets.
Fans were excited to see Culkin out and about with one fan asking him where he had been hiding? Culkin good naturedly replied, "Hiding under a rock somewhere."
Seth Green then chimed in his response saying:
"The best thing about Mac is that he had a better career by the time he was 14 than most of us have in our whole lives. If he spends four years, six years, not doing anything, he'll still be more relevant than anyone here."
Macaulay Culkin's last film appearance was back in 2011 in "The Wrong Ferarri."
Since then, he's taken up painting and shown his works at several art exhibits in New York City.
