Union thugs in Wisconsin are not just content to boycott businesses they say contributed to Governor Scott Walker.
Now, they are vandalizing those business.
Fox 6 reports that police in Greendale are investigating an incident where vandals spray painted "f*** you Scott Walker" and "unions are forever" on a M&I bank branch building near the Southridge Mall on Saturday.
The vandals spray painted the side of the building and the front doors of the bank branch.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported:
Interim Police Chief Bob Malasuk said Monday the bystander spotted the vandal just after 10 p.m. spray-painting the building. No suspect has yet been apprehended.
Last week, public union bosses issued an ultimatum to the bank demanding they publicly denounce Governor Walker or face union wrath. The letter was signed by the heads of several public unions, including James L. Palmer, Executive Director of the Wisconsin Professional Police Association.
The threat was quite clear, and made more disturbing by the fact that it came from the head of a law enforcement union.
But Palmer - the primary signer of the ultimatum to the bank - denounced the vandalism his letter helped inspire. According to the Journal Sentinel:
Wisconsin has established a new standard when it comes to civil discourse, and illegal acts like vandalism only serve to undermine what has been a peaceful outpouring of support for Wisconsin's public employees," Palmer said in a statement. "Voluntary consumer activism is one way to protest the position of M&I and others who choose not to support collective bargaining. Vandalism, on the other hand, is unacceptable."
In a stunning bit of irony, however, the bank said that it has not taken, nor will it take, a position on Governor Walker's bill. The bank also said in a statement that it has not contributed to any candidate, including Scott Walker or his Democratic opponent, Mayor Tom Barrett.
