LYFE Kitchen opening in Boulder

LYFE Kitchen Restaurant, a new LYFEstyle restaurant opening in Boulder this Fall, is hiring nearly 100 people to support their new restaurant. LYFE Kitchen provides great-tasting, good-for-you food that is 600 calories or less. LYFE Kitchen has socially responsible purchasing standards including using locally sourced, organic and wholesome ingredients whenever possible and offers chef-inspired recipes to meet a variety of food preferences including something for everyone including paleo, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and flexitarian.

The Boulder restaurant, which will be located at 1600 Pearl St., is recruiting all positions including LYFE hospitality ambassadors who greet and inform guests and guide them through the menu, Baristas, and Dining Room Specialists who make up the heart of the restaurant, as well as a Culinary Team that brings to life the recipes developed by award-winning Chefs Art Smith, who was featured on Top Chef Masters; Tal Ronnen, a well-known vegan chef; and Jeremy Bringardner, who recently won an episode of The Food Network’s Chopped. This is the second Colorado location; LYFE Kitchen opened its first Colorado restaurant in Lone Tree at Park Meadows this past June.

“We are looking for people who share our belief in eating good, feeling good and doing good,” said DJ Mitchell, franchise owner for the front range. “LYFE Kitchen offers more than just an occupation, our LYFER’s believe it’s an avocation and the first step on a career path to build this new lifestyle brand.”

“Being a part of LYFE Kitchen is the perfect culmination of my passion for food and eating well, combined with my training in the hospitality industry,” said Zach Gart, culinary manager at the Boulder LYFE Kitchen. "As a member of the LYFE Kitchen team, I know that I am valued, my thoughts and ideas are taken seriously, and I get to have fun every day."

LYFE Kitchen restaurants offer industry-leading compensation and rewards programs along with individual coaching and development, wellness programs and more, all designed to help LYFERS “Eat Good. Feel Good. Do Good.” in the communities in which they live and work. A robust management development program uses peer-teaching and LYFE Coaches to help crew members advance into supervisory and management positions.

The LYFE Kitchen message of “Eat Good” is brought to life through inspired dishes created by well-known chefs Art Smith, Tal Ronnen and Jeremy Bringardner. These three visionary chefs led a year-long taste quest, exploring varieties of herbs, sauces and spices, to develop the flavors and find the natural ingredients that make LYFE’s menu so delicious.

LYFE Kitchen lets guests “Feel Good” by supporting individual food preferences – from paleo and gluten-free to vegetarian, vegan and flexitarian. While each dish contains fewer than 600 calories and 1,000 mg of sodium (most include much less), they all include an abundance of deliciousness, with locally sourced ingredients, carefully prepared.

The message of “Do Good” is achieved through numerous philanthropic endeavors, a commitment to purchasing from local suppliers and building designs, materials and standards that are environmentally sustainable and responsible. LYFERs in the Boulder area will play an important role in helping and supporting their community.

If this sounds like a perfect fit for your lifestyle, visit the LYFE Kitchen talent center located next to the restaurant beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 3 or email your resume toboulder@coloradolyfe.com.
