LYFE Kitchen Restaurant, a new LYFEstyle restaurant opening in Boulder this Fall, is hiring nearly 100 people to support their new restaurant. LYFE Kitchen provides great-tasting, good-for-you food that is 600 calories or less. LYFE Kitchen has socially responsible purchasing standards including using locally sourced, organic and wholesome ingredients whenever possible and offers chef-inspired recipes to meet a variety of food preferences including something for everyone including paleo, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and flexitarian.
The Boulder restaurant, which will be located at 1600 Pearl St., is recruiting all positions including LYFE hospitality ambassadors who greet and inform guests and guide them through the menu, Baristas, and Dining Room Specialists who make up the heart of the restaurant, as well as a Culinary Team that brings to life the recipes developed by award-winning Chefs Art Smith, who was featured on Top Chef Masters; Tal Ronnen, a well-known vegan chef; and Jeremy Bringardner, who recently won an episode of The Food Network’s Chopped. This is the second Colorado location; LYFE Kitchen opened its first Colorado restaurant in Lone Tree at Park Meadows this past June.
