From Milan, the Armani Group announced late last week an exclusive partnership between the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio, Dezer Development, and Related Group. This partnership will bring the design of luxurious high-end residential units to their latest landmark project -- Residences by Armani Casa in Miami, Florida.
World-renowned Argentinean-born architect César Pelli, creator of the Petronas Towers in Malaysia and Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami, has designed the 60-story oceanfront tower in Sunny Isles Beach. The gorgeous luxury residences, 260 to be exact, reflect Giorgio Armani's aesthetic sensibility and his hallmark sense of comfort and functionality.
More than ten years after its foundation, Armani/Casa is a world leader in the luxury furnishings sector. An embodiment for elegance and style, that stems from Giorgio Armani’s living dream of a warm, harmonious, highly comfortable and sophisticated haven. “Elegance is not about being noticed, it’s about being remembered,” is a well-known saying of Giorgio Armani and by the look of the latest project Giorgio’s words ring true yet again.
Among the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio’s most recent projects are Maçka Residences in Istanbul, Turkey and The World Towers in Mumbai, India. Units at Residences by Armani Casa in Miami, located at18975 Collins Avenue, range from $1,000 to $1,500 per square foot and are scheduled for completion in 2016.
