The Fredrick Douglass Meyers Maritime Park Museum set the scene for Baltimore and DC tastemakers, art lovers, automobile enthusiasts and fashion lovers to get together for another stellar event curated by Sonje’ Productions. This event was put together to celebrate the launch of For Rent Shoes introduction of the Melin Brand fall collection of hats and Gourmet shoe collection.
Before entering the stunning museum, the guests were able to take a look at the 2015 Kia K900 that was supplied by Automotive Rhythms. This is Kia’s first vehicle breaking into the luxury market, so it came off as a surprise to many of the patrons that it was a Kia. The look of the vehicle was routinely mistaken for a Jaguar, Lexus or BMW. Once the initial shock passes of Kia blending into luxury, the brand should do just fine.
Just when attendees thought the surprises were over, there was a custom Lamborghini themed motorcycle setup alongside the check in area. The custom Lamborghini motorcycle was supplied by Throttle Life. The owner, Michael Stewart, was excited to show off his pride and joy that was built out by Garwood Cycles. This area of the venue turned into a mini photo shoot for many patrons entering and leaving the event.
The event was catered with great food and the drinks were sponsored by Patron Roca. DJ Charity kept the crowd moving with great tunes as displays of art, shoes and hats were setup among the whole venue. The cigar balcony at the event was an awesome twist to normal events. As Sonje’ Productions continues to raise the bar in events, stay tuned for more to come. Enjoy the photo gallery.
