Actress Lupita Nyong' o is no stranger to the red carpet. She seems to actually be quite a red carpet expert by always selecting the most perfect design for her figure. For the 2014 White House Correspondents' Dinner at the Washington Hilton on May 3, 2014 she shined in a fabulous gown by Oscar de La Renta according to Just Jared.

Lupita selected a stunning and crisp black and white polka dot silk taffeta strapless gown which featured a playful and sheer peplum. The skirt portion of the design was solid black. She added a jeweled black and white clutch by the same designer. Fred Leighton supplied gorgeous diamond drop earrings and a thin bangle to complete her look. The gown was a nice departure from the bright colored gowns we are used to seeing her in.

Lupita almost always goes with a bright lip to set off her makeup. This evening was no exception. She chose a bright pink lipstick which looked wonderful. She has a makeup system that works really well for her. Most women could not carry off many of the lip colors that she selects.

Lupita and the other guests were set to be entertained by comedian Joel McHale and President Barack Obama was set to make some comments as well.

While there were other lovely ladies on the red carpet it was once again Lupita that stole the show. Who is her stylist?
