Lupe Fiasco disses Obama in song and gets kicked off inaugural stage (Video)

On stage at the Hamilton Live theater in Washington, D.C., Fiasco was performing as part of the “Start Up – Rock On” inaugural event. It was there that Fiasco took to the stage and shouted out – rapped out – a few lines that struck a sour note with staunch Obama supporters which prompted the security team at the event to crowd the stage and escort the rapper off.

In Fiasco’s lyrical rap, he not only said he didn’t vote for President Obama, but he said he wouldn’t vote for “the next one” either. He also cited his reasons for not voting for Obama which included some other well-known persons – conservative persons, however.

Fiaco rapped:

Limbaugh is a racist. Glenn Beck is a racist. Gaza Strip was getting bombed. Obama didn’t say sh-t. That’s why I ain’t vote for him, next one either.

The event organizers say they support free speech and did not kick Lupe Fiasco off stage for what he said against Obama. They claim that Fiasco was going on too long with his rap and they simply wanted to move the show along. However, they didn’t decide to remove him until he started criticizing the president.
