On January 23, 2012 the Chinese New Year ushered in the year of the water dragon—symbolizing passion, luck, heart and resilience. While dragons are also associated with the powerful kundalini energy and is the only mythical creature depicted amongst 12 animals in the Chinese zodiac--western astrology enthusiasts are left wondering if this is the illusive Ophiuchus , the 13th sign reemerging from the primordial abyss …and quite possibly last years’ list of surprising jeers.

Today’s full moon in Leo/Aquarius on February 7, 2012 @ 4:55 PM (EST) reeks of change change and well...more change and could be felt as an extra-large dose of excitement or frustration, but the inner rewards received through adapting with courage and fortitude may turn hurdles into rewards if this energy is utilize mindfully.
