Luke Grimes to leave 'True Blood' before season seven starts

According to TVLine.com, HBO announced yesterday, Dec. 30 that Luke Grimes who played Jessica's interest in season six of "True Blood" has decided to step down because of creative differences with his character, James.

When James was introduced to "True Blood" last season, he won the hearts of many viewers because he was loving and very protective of Jessica and well the sex scene between them didn't hurt either.

TVLine.com mentioned that a source near to Luke said that he wanted to work close to Deborah Ann Woll and after seeing the direction that the show was going with his character, he was not happy so he stepped out.

Many people were hoping for a Jessica/Jason or Jessica/Hoyt reunion in the final season? Could either of these be possible if he wasn't going to be working with her?

Would this also be a result of the fact that Grimes was recently cast as Christian Grey's brother in "50 Shades of Grey"

They are recasting the character and no one has been announced as of yet.

So, since this is the last season of "True Blood" where do you want the show to end? Please comment below.
