Luke Bryan and Miranda Lambert are among the many country music artists who are auctioning off meet-n-greet passes, autographed guitars, Skype sessions, and more as part of an annual eBay fundraiser for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. All Access Music announced the opening of the auctions on May 13.
The auction was organized by Rebecca Sweet, good friend of GAC host Nan Kelley, who was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma in 2008. The earnings will help provide education and research on blood cancers, as well as provide financial assistance to people dealing with the challenges of these diagnoses.
Many of country music’s biggest names have contributed to the cause and in very big ways. For instance, George Strait fans can win sold-out farewell tour tickets as well as VIP passes and an autographed guitar. Fans who want the ultimate country music experience can also bid on tickets to the sold out CMA Music Festival taking place in Nashville in June.
Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan, Little Big Town, Eric Church, Jason Aldean, Kacey Musgraves, Kip Moore, Lady Antebellum, Kellie Pickler, Josh Turner, Brett Elderedge, David Nail, Scotty McCreery, Gary Allan, Easton Corbin, Rascal Flatts, Tim McGraw, Billy Currington all have meet-n-greet or VIP experiences up for auction. Several other artists including Alan Jackson, Hunter Hayes, Dierks Bentley and Darius Rucker are auctioning off autographed guitars.
Country music fans can also bid on truly unique experiences such as a Skype session with Lauren Alaina, a mentoring and writing session with Sara Buxton and Alisa Moreno, record shopping and coffee with Kristian Bush, or a VIP recording session with GRAMMY winning engineer Nick Autry at Sound Stage.
Rebecca Sweet has helped put together a truly exciting list of auction items, sure to raise a grand final sum for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The auctions run through May 21 and can be found at the All Access for LLS eBay charity auction page.
