She is black and white and very skittish and scared, running from everyone who's tried to catch her. She's been missing since Saturday and was last seen running down Taylor School Rd heading back towards Seven Mile.
Lucy's family misses her very much. Her mom has been out looking for her every day, almost all day long, calling for her, trying to get her to come to her.
If you have seen Lucy or have been able to catch her, please contact Missy at (513) 571-3156. There is a substantial reward being offered.
Dogs have been going missing at an alarming rate, whether it be due to being left unsupervised in their yards and wandering off or people outright stealing them, most likely to sell on craigslist. Beware of animals you try to purchase on craigslist. They could be someone's pet.
Signs to watch for are high prices or "rehoming fees" being asked, little to no information on the animal, and sellers wanting quick, shady transactions.
Please be smart and do your part when trying to add a new member to your family. It's heartbreaking for all involved, whether it be the original family or the new family who may end up having to return the pet. If you're in a situation like this, do the right thing and return the animal to their original family. They're literally thousands of animals in shelters that need homes and you'll be saving another life.
