LSU women's basketball team to host Lady Tiger Elite Bowling Classic

The LSU women's basketball team will be hosting the third annual Lady Tiger Elite Bowling Classic on January 31, 2014. The Lady Tiger Elite Bowling Classic will be held at Circle Bowl in Baton Rouge, La. at 7:00 p.m.

Participants can register at Circle Bowl the day of the event by arriving early at 6:30 p.m. Cost for the event will be $225 for a team of four or $75 per player for individuals. LSU staff members can register for a reduced rate of $75 for a four member team. Non-participants can pay $25 to watch and attend the event.

Registration covers three games of bowling, dinner, a Lady Tiger Elite Bowling Classic t-shirt, awards ceremony and a souvenir for all participants. Awards will be given to both individuals and teams with highest scores.

Silent and live auctions will take place during the event where lots of great prizes will be awarded to the highest bidders, including tagging along on road trips with the Lady Tigers. Proceeds will go to the LSU women's basketball program.

Sponsorships are also available for the Lady Tiger Elite Bowling Classic. Information can be obtained from the LSU women's basketball office at 225-578-6643.

Entry forms can be downloaded at LSU Sports for expedited registration on the night of the event. Checks should be made out to the Tiger Booster Club-Women's Basketball.
