If you are on a tight budget and you love your dog (and who doesn't love their dog?) then this weekend's Kern County Animal Control's low-cost rabies vaccination and licensing clinic is for you! The rabies vaccination fee is just $5, and if you get your dog licensed at the same time the prices for licensing are as follows:
- Altered dog (spayed or neutered with Veterinary Certificate) $15 for one year or $30 for three years
- Altered dog (spayed or neutered with Veterinary Certificate) Senior Discount for up to three dogs owned by the person 62 years or older, $5 for one year or $15 for three years
- Natural unaltered dog $60 for one year or $120 for 3 years.
This weekend also has a variety of adoption events, in case you are looking for a new best friend!
