Loveless: recommendation and review

This review and recommendation is about Loveless. It is written by Yun Kouga. It is an ongoing series. It is released by TokyoPop. It has an anime based on it.

It’s about a boy named Ritska. He becomes friends with a girl named Yuki on his first day at a new school. He meets a man named Soubi who knew his older brother, Seimei. All Ritska has wanted since his brother died was his brother alive and his memory back. After meeting Soubi, he finds his brothers will and gets Soubi as his fighter unit. Later, Ritska gets involved in the fights as the sacrifice. From his brothers will he learns that he was killed by a group called Septiminal Moon. Though later, he hears rumors that Seimei is still alive. He becomes closer to Soubi during this time. Is his brother still alive? How close to Soubi and Ritska get? You’ll have to read and find out.

Loveless is a shonen-ai. A really great one at that. It’s dramatic, a little funny, and a little realistic. If you haven’t already read it, you should. It should be read by Teens and older.

If you live in the Colorado Springs area, you can find a copy at PPLD. Happy Reading!
