The resort’s CORE Kitchen and Wine Bar serves outstanding dishes every day, but the romance menu offered on February 14, 2012 is extra special, creating an unforgettable meal for you and your sweetheart. The romance menu will be available from 5:30 to 9 p.m. and will include a decadent chocolate buffet.
Main courses offered include Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Green Asparagus and Dungeness Crab Béarnaise, Goat Cheese Soufflé Colorado Lamb with Truffle Gnocchi and Pan-Seared John Dory with Crushed Fingerling Potatoes.

Splash Dining
For a truly unique Valentine experience, book Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain's famed Splash Dining for Valentine’s dinner. This incredible once-in-a-lifetime experience lets you and your Valentine dine in a romantic private setting under the stars, while sitting in the heated Turquesa Pool.
As you enjoy a specially-prepared menu, you will sit with your legs – and the table and chair legs – immersed in the shallow Turquesa water. The Valentine’s Day Splash Dinner includes a 4-course menu and a champagne toast. The meal is $350 per couple, plus tax and gratuities. Just for Us Spa Experience
The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Dove Mountain is a magnificent facility. The rugged desert landscape is an intriguing backdrop for the luxurious spa. Each treatment room is warm and welcoming and the outdoor pool with sun deck is ideal for an Arizona February afternoon.
The Just for Us Experience, available throughout the month of February 2012 at the spa, features a rose-petal bath, 50-minute Ritz-Carlton Together Massage and champagne and strawberries for both you and your Valentine. The 80-minute treatment is $365 for two.
