'Love & Hip Hop' star Karlie Redd, 'Mob Wives' shine at Reality of Fashion show (Photos)

Recording artist and "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Karlie Redd joined cast of "Mob Wives" and "America's Next Top Model" at the Reality of Fashion, Reality of AIDS show at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York Saturday night.

Walking the runway in a rose pink colored dress, the "Louie, Prada, Gucci" singer appeared to raise awareness and funds for HIV/AIDS related organizations.

"Mob Wives" stars Drita D'Avanzo and Ramona Rizzo also took part in the event, walking the same runway as fellow guests Lil Kim, Ramona Singer, Alex McCord, Janice Dickinson, Michelle Money and Keenyah Hill.

Best known for appearing on cycle four of "America's Next Top Model," Keenyah Hill worked the runway in a stunning dress. She also reunited with Janice Dickinson, who had been a judge on "America's Next Top Model."

According to organizers, the Reality of Fashion, Reality of AIDS event will take place annually.

"There is an estimated 300,000 people within the U.S., that are infected with HIV/AIDS, and do not know it. Our hope is to raise funds, increase awareness, and work to end this devastating epidemic," Reality On The Runway reports.
