'Love & Hip Hop' star Jen apologizes: 'the devil will bring out the worst'

"Love & Hip Hop" star Jen The Pen insists that she is not racist. Apologizing Monday night, just minutes after the latest episode aired, Jen blamed "the devil" for bringing out the worst in her.

"I apologize. Please be clear anything regarding race was heat of the moment. The devil will bring out the worst in you," Jen said trying to clear up what she said Monday.

As seen on "Love & Hip Hop," Jen disagreed with how Raqi Thunda went about interviewing a guest during a test run of a show. After she told Raqi Thunda that working together was no longer an option, Jen blurted out "I'm white honey. It will get done," when Raqi said "have fun trying to get hot." To be fair, Raqi responded, calling Jen a honky.

According to Jen, what Raqi said to her, including using the word honky, was inappropriate.

"Racist is the last thing I could ever be. But being called an "entitled honky" on national (television) is okay?" Jen said questioning Raqi.

Further defending herself from many a viewer that called her out for saying "I'm white honey. It will get done," Jen shared a picture of two hands, with the word family written across both.

"This is what my family is made of. If my comments affected anyone, I apologize," Jen said with the shared picture.

Do you accept Jen's apology and explanation or do you think she really meant what she said?

"Love & Hip Hop" airs Monday nights on VH1.
