'Love & Hip Hop Atlanta' lawsuit: Althea Heart sues Joseline Hernandez

The "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" reunion show got pretty real. During the first couple minutes of taping, Joseline Hernandez started a fight with several members of the cast including Althea "Thi Thi" Heart" and then went on to brag about it. Now according to Mstarz on Wednesday, Althea Heart, whose real name is Althea Eaton, is getting the law involved in the form of a lawsuit against Joseline Hernandez.

Both Althea Heart and Tammy Rivera have accused Joseline Hernandez of using crack cocaine prior to the taping of the "LHHATL" reunion show. According to Althea, there is an eyewitness who remains unnamed that actually saw Joseline lighting up the glass pipe just before the show.

Allegations that Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez are using drugs is nothing new. Back in July a video of Joseline performing an impromptu freestyle rap while in the studio set tongues wagging. She was definitely on something in that video where she proclaimed repeatedly to be the "baddest b****" and also slurring words so heavily that it had to be embarrassing.

The first night of the "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" reunion show taping was cut very short after a brawl broke out. Benzino accused Stevie J and Joseline of being on drugs after they complained of it being too hot on set. That seemed to set it all off. Joseline attacked Tammy Rivera, Althea Heart and fought with Waka Flocka's mom Debra Antney on stage. As she left the stage area, she met up with Stevie J's ex Mimi Faust. She fought with her too. Then afterwards she took to Twitter to brag about taking on so many women during the reunion show.

The problem for Joseline is that the whole altercation is caught on tape. If she put hands on Althea on that tape, she could be in real trouble. Althea Heart contend that Joseline punched her in the face, pulled her hair and scratched her up. Both Althea and Joseline are expected back for the next season of "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta."
